Do I need to re-pot this plant when I get it?

A: Generally speaking-no. A plant won't decline because it's in too small of a pot. To minimize the amount of stress on a plant it's best to let it acclimate to its new environment for a few weeks before re-potting.

It's cold where I live. Will my plant survive the mail?

A: We suggest waiting until temperatures in your area are above freezing before purchasing a plant. We do provide extra insulation and strongly recommend a heat pack if temperatures are going to be below 50 degrees.
